RETURNS
The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within 48 hours of order delivery, and, if any defects are observed in the products or if any other incident related to the delivery occurs, including incomplete delivery, incorrect delivery, or non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, they must notify us in as much detail as possible at the email address hola@ansaperansa.com.
If the customer does not make such notification within 48 hours of receipt of the order, it will be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defects that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and consequently, the customer will be considered to have accepted the products.
The customer must refuse packages that are delivered damaged or show signs of having been damaged during transport; in no case will Ansa Per Ansa be responsible for a package that shows damage of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.
You can request a partial or full refund of your order within 30 calendar days of receipt, without any additional charge. To request a refund, contact us via email at hola@ansaperansa.com, indicating the order number for which you wish to make the return. We will send you the return label, and it will be completely free.
If the customer fails to give such notification, it will be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defects that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and consequently the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.
INCIDENTS
If there is any kind of incident during shipping, such as breakage or loss, don't worry, we will replace the package at no cost so that you receive it as soon as possible, or we will refund the amount of the damaged/lost/unreceived product.
If the customer makes a mistake when indicating the delivery address during the payment process, such as indicating an incorrect postal code, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping or forwarding from the incorrect address to the correct address.
Although this usually doesn't happen, as normally ALL our shipments are delivered within 24-72 hours of leaving our warehouse, delays may occur during certain periods due to the high volume of packages handled by the transport agencies. A shipment will be considered delayed when 7 days have passed since it left our warehouse and it has not yet been delivered.
In that case, our company reserves the right to replace the merchandise or refund the corresponding amount.
