These General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "General Terms") govern the use of the website www.ansaperansa.com (hereinafter, the Website) that ANSA PER ANSA MENORCA, SL (hereinafter " Ansa Per Ansa ") makes available to those who access its Website in order to provide information about products and services, its own and/or those of third-party collaborators, and to facilitate access to them, as well as the contracting of services and goods through it (all of which are jointly referred to as the "Services").

ACCESS AND SECURITY
Users who register beforehand and accept the " Privacy Policy " will be considered Customers.
The Customer identifier will consist of their email address and a password. To access the Customer's own account, this identifier and a password containing at least 4 characters will be required.
The use of the password is personal and non-transferable; its assignment to third parties, even temporarily, is not permitted. In this regard, the Client undertakes to use the password diligently and to keep it secret, assuming all responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties.

In any case, whatever the cause, Ansa Per Ansa will not assume any liability whatsoever, whether for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages and/or loss of profits.
Ansa Per Ansa excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of veracity, accuracy, completeness and/or timeliness of the Services transmitted, disseminated, stored, made available or received, obtained or accessed through the Website, as well as for the Services provided or offered by third parties or entities. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any interpretative or contentious issues that may arise, Spanish legislation shall apply, and in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Menorca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
