SHIPPING TYPES
For us, it is essential that you receive the product as soon as possible, which is why we work with MRW for the management of shipments.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The delivery time for STANDARD SHIPPING is 3-5 days once the merchandise leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, except in rare cases. Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be shipped the following day.

The shipping cost is as follows:

• Orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: FREE SHIPPING.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

The delivery time for EXPRESS SHIPPING is 24–72 hours once the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Most deliveries are made the day after the order is placed. All orders placed after 7 PM on Thursdays will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, except in rare cases. Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be shipped the following day.

The shipping cost is as follows:

• Express shipping price: €19.95 for shipping costs.

GENERAL ASPECTS OF SHIPPING

This period may increase during holidays or the days leading up to them; in any case, we will not be responsible for delays in the order as long as this delay is caused by factors beyond our control. However, we will be responsible in case of breakage or loss of the package by the transport agency.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the MRW customer area or by contacting us through the usual channels.

Since we're dealing with oil, we pay special attention to the packaging so that you receive the product in the best possible condition at your home. For all glass shipments, we use double-channel boxes and various reinforcing materials so that the product can withstand the shocks caused during transport. If, upon receiving the products, any of them are not in perfect condition, we will resend them to you at no cost to you.
